  • What types of pools do you offer?

    We offer fiberglass pool options. You can choose the one that best suits your needs and we will order it custom built to your specifications.

  • How does the process work when I buy a pool from Just The Pool?

    When you choose Just The Pool, you'll enjoy a faster and more cost-effective pool installation compared to traditional contractors. Here's how our process works:


    1. Pick your pool. Select your size, shape, and color.


    2. Choose your equipment. We have a Standard or Premium package available. 


    3. Request a quote. Reach out to our team via email or fill out our quote request form with your selections and our team will respond within 1 business day with your quote and anticipated timeline. 


    4. Select Add-ons. While you are speaking with our friendly team, be sure to discuss possible add-ons for your pool such as a salt filter or auto-cover.


    5. Complete purchase. Once you have your complete quote, work with our sales team to finalize the details. We can even help with financing.


    6. Prepare for installation. We will handle excavation, delivery, and installation, see our list below for items that you'll need to check off before we arrive. 


    7. Dive in. Enjoy your new backyard paradise!

  • What are my responsibilities?

    Permits: You are responsible for obtaining any necessary permits or approvals required by your local municipality or governing authorities for the installation of your pool. Permit requirements can vary significantly by location, so it’s crucial to check with your local authorities and adhere to all regulations.


    Site Preparation: Prior to installation, you’ll need to prepare the site where the pool will be placed. This may involve leveling the area around where the pool will go, removing any obstacles in your yard, and ensuring proper drainage. You will also need to make arrangements for hauling away the dirt that is excavated from the pool as well as providing any necessary backfill material.


    Safety: It’s essential to prioritize safety during installation. Be sure to follow safety guidelines, including securing the pool area to prevent accidents and ensuring that all utility connections are installed correctly.


    Utilities: While we provide plumbing to get your pool running, you’ll need to arrange for electricity as needed.


    Coping, Patio, Fencing: We do not provide coping, patio work, or fencing.

  • What is the difference between the Standard and Premium equipment packages?

    Our Standard equipment package comes with a 1-year warranty and includes:

    • Pump
    • Filter
    • Valves
    • In-line chlorinator
    • Transformer
    • Two (2) pool lights
    • Concrete equipment pad

    Our Premium package includes upgraded versions of the equipment for enhanced durability and includes a 3-year warranty for peace of mind. 

  • How long does the process take?

    Please note that delivery times may vary based on location and product availability. 


    Typically, you can be swimming in 60 days or less if you have already have permitting secured when you reach out to us. 


    Our pools are made to order and typically take about 30-45 days to arrive. 


    Once we have your pool, it takes about 1 week of installation time for your pool to be swim-ready. 

  • What payment options are available?

    We offer a convenient and flexible payment process to ensure a smooth shopping experience for our customers.


    We accept all major forms of payment, including:

    • Credit and Debit Cards: We welcome Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover.
    • Bank Transfers: You can choose to make a bank transfer for your payment.
    • Home Loan Financing from HFS Financial
